Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of autozick.com and purchases from Autozick. “Autozick,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the store operated by Maye Lalo. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and to the product, price, delivery, and payment information shown to you at checkout.
Who may use the store
You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract where you live. If you have not reached the age of majority, use the store only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for giving accurate account, contact, payment, and delivery information and for keeping any account credentials confidential.
Acceptable website use
You may browse and shop for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with the website, bypass security, test for vulnerabilities without permission, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content at scale, impersonate another person, misuse another customer’s information, place a fraudulent order, or use the store in violation of law.
Product selection and safe use
Review the complete product page before buying, including dimensions, color, materials, included parts, power requirements, options, assembly or installation information, and warnings where provided. Display settings and room lighting can affect the way a color appears. Props in a photograph are included only when the product description says they are included.
Furniture, electrical items, warming or cooling products, and lighting must be assembled, connected, maintained, and used according to the instructions supplied with the item. Use only a compatible power source and stop using an item that is damaged, unusually hot, or otherwise appears unsafe. Product information on this store is not medical, electrical, or building advice.
Prices, taxes, and payment
The store displays and charges in United States dollars (USD). Checkout shows the item total, delivery charge, and taxes collected by the store before you submit payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or international-transaction fee.
Prices, promotions, and availability may change before an order is placed. If a material pricing or listing error affects a submitted order, we may contact you to confirm the correct information or cancel the affected item and refund the amount collected for it. We will not replace an item or increase an accepted charge without your agreement.
Orders and acceptance
An automated order confirmation means we received your request. We may still review payment authorization, stock, address validity, delivery restrictions, and suspected fraud before accepting or dispatching the order. We may limit quantities reasonably connected with fraud prevention, inventory, or resale activity.
If we cannot supply an item, we will notify you and return any amount collected for the unavailable item, including related charges where required. To request a correction or cancellation, contact us promptly. A request cannot be guaranteed once preparation or shipment has begun.
Delivery, returns, and refunds
The Shipping Policy explains destinations, charges, tracking, and delay handling. The Refund Policy explains return eligibility, damaged or incorrect items, and refund processing. Those pages are incorporated into these terms.
Ownership of site materials
The Autozick name, original site copy, graphics, layout, and other store-created materials may be protected by intellectual-property law. You may save or print a reasonable copy for personal shopping records. No purchase transfers ownership of store content or grants permission to reproduce, sell, publish, or commercially exploit it. Third-party names and rights remain with their respective owners.
Content you submit
If the store allows reviews, photographs, or other submissions, you must have the right to provide that content and it must be truthful, lawful, and free from malicious code. You give Autozick a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to host, display, reproduce, and adapt the submission for operating and promoting the store. This permission ends where the law requires, but copies may remain in completed publications, backups, or legal records. We may remove content that violates these terms.
Third-party services and links
The store relies on independent providers for services such as hosting, payment, and delivery. A link to another website does not mean we control or endorse all of its content. The provider’s own terms may apply to the service it supplies, but they do not remove rights you have against Autozick under applicable consumer law.
Service availability and liability
We may maintain, update, or temporarily suspend parts of the website. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without a promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Autozick is not liable for an indirect or unforeseeable loss caused by use of the site or a product where that exclusion is lawful. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remains unaffected.
Nothing in these terms excludes a statutory warranty, consumer guarantee, remedy, or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. This includes applicable consumer protections in the United States and Canada and the consumer guarantees available to Australian customers under Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law and disputes
Please contact us first so we can review a concern and the relevant order records. These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania and applicable United States federal law, without taking away any mandatory protection or forum available to you under the law where you live. Where a dispute may lawfully be required to proceed in Pennsylvania, the state or federal courts serving Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania will have jurisdiction.
Severability, waiver, and changes
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent required, and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. We may publish revised terms for future use of the store. The terms presented when you place an order generally continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
