What currency will I pay in?
Prices and checkout totals are in United States dollars (USD). Your payment provider may apply its own conversion or cross-border fee.
Where does Autozick deliver?
Eligible addresses in active European and North American markets, plus China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability for your product.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is USD 6.99 when the product subtotal after discounts and before tax and shipping is below USD 40, and free when the product subtotal after discounts and before tax and shipping is USD 40 or more. US Express shipping is USD 15.
When will my order ship?
Orders are expected to be processed and dispatched within 3 business days after order confirmation.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is estimated at 5–15 business days after dispatch. Carrier, customs, weather, and remote-area delays can affect the actual date.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipment confirmation when available. Our Track Order page explains how to get help if the link has not arrived.
Can I return an item?
You can request a voluntary return within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us before sending anything back.
When will an approved refund be processed?
We process an approved refund within 5 business days after approval. Your payment provider may need additional time to post it.
What if my package is lost?
Contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will arrange a free replacement within 3 business days when available, or provide the remedy required by law.
